Refund policy

AlignNova™ offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. To request a return, contact support@align-nova.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Do not send your product back until your return authorization is approved.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please return the AlignNova device and all included components. Excessive damage, abuse, intentional misuse, or missing components may affect eligibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any applicable return-shipping steps will be explained in the authorization instructions.

After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@align-nova.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when available. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
